The Process
You spend your days taking care of other people. Here's how I take care of you and the details.
Fill out a quick inquiry form or send me a message. Tell me where you want to go, when, and what kind of trip you're after. No idea yet? That's fine too. I'll ask the right questions.
Takes about 5 minutes. No commitment required.
Once I review your inquiry, I'll reach out to schedule a quick call. This is where I learn more about what you're looking for, answer any questions you have, and make sure we're a good fit before moving forward.
Usually 15 to 30 minutes. No pressure, no obligation.
Based on what you share, I put together a rough outline covering destinations, flow, and a few options to consider. Nothing is booked yet. This is just making sure we're on the same page before moving forward.
Expect an outline within a few business days.
Tell me what you like, what you'd change, and any questions you have. I adjust until it feels right. Most people only need a round or two.
No pressure. I get it right before moving forward.
Once the plan is set, I handle all the bookings and put together a clean day-by-day document with everything you need. If something comes up before or during your trip, I'm reachable.
Support before, during, and after your trip.
Why Use a Travel Advisor
Working with a travel advisor is smarter. Here's why it makes sense.
My services are free to you. I'm paid by hotels and suppliers, not by charging you fees.
I have access to rates, perks, and upgrades that aren't available when you book on your own.
I've been to all 50 U.S. states and have firsthand knowledge of the destinations I recommend. I've also traveled to multiple countries across several continents, so the international recommendations come from real experience.
I work with a lot of healthcare professionals and understand the scheduling constraints that come with the job.
