Services Provided
Murdo Travel Co, operated by Joshua Murdock, is an independent travel advisor affiliated with Fora Travel. We provide travel planning, itinerary design, destination research, and booking coordination services. Our services are offered at no direct cost to clients. We are compensated through supplier commissions, consistent with standard travel industry practice.
No Guarantee of Availability or Pricing
All travel pricing, availability, and itinerary details are subject to change by third-party suppliers including airlines, hotels, tour operators, and cruise lines. Murdo Travel Co makes no guarantee that any quoted price or availability will remain in effect until a booking is confirmed and deposited. We are not responsible for price changes, sold-out inventory, or supplier errors.
Booking and Payment
Payments for travel services are made directly to suppliers or through Fora Travel's booking systems. Murdo Travel Co does not hold client funds directly. All bookings are subject to the individual cancellation, refund, and change policies of the relevant supplier. It is your responsibility to review and understand these policies before confirming a booking.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for trip cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation, and baggage loss. Murdo Travel Co can provide referrals to travel insurance providers but does not sell insurance directly and is not responsible for any losses that travel insurance would have covered.
Passports, Visas, and Entry Requirements
It is the client's sole responsibility to ensure they hold valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and any health-related entry requirements, for all destinations on their itinerary. Murdo Travel Co may provide general guidance but is not responsible for denied boarding, entry refusal, or any costs arising from inadequate documentation.
Limitation of Liability
Murdo Travel Co acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party travel suppliers. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, or negligence of any airline, hotel, tour operator, cruise line, or other supplier. In no event shall Murdo Travel Co's liability exceed the total fees, if any, paid directly to Murdo Travel Co for the affected service.
Accuracy of Information
We make every effort to ensure that information provided, including destination details, itinerary suggestions, and supplier descriptions, is accurate and up to date. However, travel conditions, entry requirements, and supplier offerings change frequently. We recommend verifying critical details directly with suppliers and official government sources before travel.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and itinerary materials, is the property of Murdo Travel Co or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Joshua Murdock operates as an independent contractor advisor within the Fora Travel network.
